An experienced leader with 1-2 years in Sales Development or Inside Sales management. Someone with 3+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales environments. An organized and proactive individual thriving in fast-paced environments. What Youll Do
Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Sales Development Representatives. Coach SDRs on prospecting fundamentals, call execution, and consultative selling techniques. Drive daily operations to consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation KPIs. Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement teams. Develop and execute onboarding, enablement, and ongoing performance development programs. Participate in all phases of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new SDR talent. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and career growth. What Were Looking For
3+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales environments. 1-2 years of leadership, management, or team lead experience within Sales Development or Inside Sales. Strong knowledge of modern sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense. Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities. A growth mindset with strong coachability, curiosity, and drive.
