Assist in various surgical operations by preparing and arranging the operating room Maintain sterile environments while strictly following infection prevention guidelines Provide instruments and materials to surgeons and surgical teams Prepare and handle surgical tools before, during, and post-procedure Oversee inventory and ensure readiness for all surgical tasks Work collaboratively with staff, including nurses and anesthesiologists, to provide outstanding care Ensure accurate documentation and surgical counts Educational Prerequisites:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or its equivalent Required Certifications:
Valid CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential BLS certification, or the capability to obtain within 90 days from hiring Essential Skills and Qualities:
