Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary CareMLR is partnering with a respected healthcare system in South Carolina to recruit a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent position in a primary care setting. This role comes with a $7,500 relocation assistance package! Position Overview:
Full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-established healthcare system. Provide comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Administer medications, monitor patient health, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Support routine exams, patient assessments, and minor procedures. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Active LPN license in South Carolina. Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred but not required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Benefits:
