Position: Medical Assistant Location: Phoenix, AZ Compensation: $18–$28/hr Benefits: Full benefits (PTO, sick time, 401k) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some Fridays are half days or shorter) Overview Looking for a Medical Assistant role where you’re actually valued by your providers and part of a strong, collaborative team? This outpatient clinic offers a great mix of specialty settings (Primary Care, Cardiology, Orthopedic, etc.) giving you variety, hands-on experience, and real growth opportunity. What You’ll Get
$18–$28/hr + full benefits (PTO, sick time, 401k) Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Some half-day or shorter Fridays Supportive, team-first environment Exposure to multiple specialties and skill development
What You’ll Do
Room patients, take vitals, and assist providers Support exams and minor procedures Manage patient flow and documentation Provide patient education and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Medical Assistant experience or training Team-oriented and reliable Strong communication and patient care skills
