Hospice Sales Person The Hospice Sales person is responsible for current contracts and establishing new relationships / referral sources with Hospitals, Facilities (SNF, AL, ALZ..etc.) and Specialty MD / Physician Practice outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain on-going relationships that will increase census and preference for hospice services. The Hospice Sales person uses their knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. Our Liaison will be the hospice expert and serve as a resource to their referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service. Qualifications:
Minimum one (1) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in hospice/palliative or home health marketing strongly preferred. Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services. Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
