Ability to maintain accurate instructional records and documentation. Effective communication and professionalism in instructional settings. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two (2) years of recent, directly related industry or workforce experience in the subject area being taught (e.g., advanced manufacturing, business, healthcare, HVAC, welding, or similar) One (1) year of experience delivering instruction or training to adult learners (e.g., corporate training, workforce programs, community education, or postsecondary instruction) Experience delivering training in in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats Experience using basic instructional or workplace technology (e.g., Microsoft Office or a learning management system)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., workforce development, business, healthcare, skilled trades, or instructional area), or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience Experience with short-term credentials, bootcamps, or customized employer training. Experience collaborating with workforce, corporate, or community partners. Familiarity with industry credentials and employer-defined competencies. Experience teaching in hybrid or online learning environments. Knowledge of grant-funded program requirements (Perkins, WIOA, etc.). WORKING CONDITIONS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk, sit, and occasionally push or lift items. WORK SCHEDULE Must be able to work a variable schedule/hour to meet operational needs. May require evening and weekend hours.
