As a Flight Paramedic, you'll play a critical role in delivering lifesaving care and rapid transport. With over 22,000 patient transports annually across 80+ bases, we're driven by one mission: making a real difference when every second counts. Responsibilities: Provide advanced patient care, assessments, and emergency treatment during air and ground transport.
Accurately document patient care, treatments, and transport details, including billing.
Maintain clear communication with team members, leadership, and external partners.
Support PR and community outreach initiatives.
Participate in ongoing training, chart reviews, and clinical development activities.
Meet all annual competency and certification requirements.
Operate under Medical Director guidance and comply with all regulatory standards.
Requirements: Active paramedic certification in the state of employment.
3+ years of 911/pre-hospital experience (5+ preferred).
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certs preferred).
FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency for documentation.
Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, and background check.
Must meet weight requirements (under 235 lbs).
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
