As a PCA Caregiver, Your Responsibilities Include:
Companionship and Social Engagement: Provide attention to the client's non-medical needs, fostering meaningful connections. Assistance with Daily Tasks: Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Effective Communication: Establish professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers. Reliable Care: Be punctual and consistently cover shifts to ensure reliable care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. PCA Certification (Preferred): If you're a certified PCA, we'd love to hear from you! Background Check and Drug Screen: Ensuring safety for our clients. Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and car insurance.
