Job Summary: This role is dedicated to ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in healthcare settings, adhering strictly to infection control protocols and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas, including operating rooms and common spaces. Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance. Handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste in compliance with safety guidelines. Follow all infection prevention and safety policies diligently. Work both independently and collaboratively to fulfill department objectives. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Previous related experience is advantageous. Certification as a Surgical Cleaning Technician is preferred. 1-2 years of relevant work experience recommended.
Work Shift: Second shift, approximately 37.5 hours per week. This position is located in a regional healthcare facility within the Midwest United States.
