Medical Technologist Key Responsibilities:
Diagnostic Testing: Perform routine and complex lab tests, ensuring accuracy and timely results. Quality Control & Compliance: Adhere to strict quality control procedures, engage in proficiency testing, and ensure regulatory compliance. Patient Care: Assist with specimen collection, preparation, and processing to maintain optimal sample quality. Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated patient care. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of test results, procedures, and patient information in line with confidentiality standards.
