Conduct routine job site safety inspections and audits Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Lead safety orientations and ongoing training for field employees Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and assist with corrective action plans Develop and maintain Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and safety documentation Monitor proper use of PPE, fall protection, and roofing safety systems Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and compliance reports Partner with project managers and field supervisors to proactively address safety concerns Promote a positive, safety-first culture throughout the organization
Qualifications
Previous safety experience in commercial roofing, construction, or industrial environments preferred Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, especially fall protection standards OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications are a plus Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work both in the field and office environments Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites
