What You’ll Be Responsible For The Trained Medication Assistant (TMA) is to maintain our pharmacy database with up-to-date and accurate information. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, storage, distribution and discontinuation of participant’s medications and maintaining all required documentation for medication and treatment administration. Administration of medications and treatments as delegated by a licensed nurse. ADL assistance to residents as assigned and observation of the resident’s general status. Documentation: Accurate documentation of medications and treatments administered and performed according to all facility policy and procedures. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider and the first of its kind in Western Colorado, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs.
