Fiscal Responsibility: Efficiently utilize supplies and equipment, complete assignments promptly, adhere to shift schedules, and support unit goals to reduce waste. Quality: Participate in documentation per unit standards, stay current with policies, problem-solve, multitask within scope, suggest improvements, accept delegated tasks, and engage in teamwork. Patient Satisfaction: Promote positive patient experiences through timely responses, professional use of personal devices, maintaining a quiet environment, excellent guest relations, and purposeful rounding. Patient Safety: Practice safe patient mobilization, use two patient identifiers for all tasks, report unusual occurrences, adjust care routines as assigned, and adhere to HIPAA and social media policies. Professional Growth: Share knowledge with colleagues, demonstrate leadership, participate in councils, serve as a resource or preceptor, identify learning needs, and engage in departmental goal development and training. Customer Service: Engage patients and families, maintain professionalism, be flexible with assignments and staffing, practice AIDET communication, foster teamwork, and provide holistic care to diverse populations. Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or GED required; CNA license with 5+ years experience accepted in lieu of diploma or GED. Basic BLS certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Work Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, part-time, regional healthcare facility in the Midwest.
