Patient Safety: Practice safe patient mobilization, use two patient identifiers consistently, report unusual occurrences, and tailor care routines to individual needs while adhering to privacy policies. Professional Growth: Share knowledge with colleagues, demonstrate leadership, participate in councils, serve as a resource or preceptor, and pursue learning opportunities collaboratively. Customer Service: Engage patients and families with empathy, practice AIDET communication, foster teamwork, and provide holistic care to diverse populations. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. CNA license with 5+ years of experience accepted in lieu of diploma or GED. Basic BLS certification must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Work Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, part-time, with flexible scheduling to meet staffing needs. This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
