Job Title: LPN - Long Term Care (LTC) - Days Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The facility has two floors, and candidates may be required to float between units. This position follows a standard LTC nursing scope of practice and utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) EMR. Job Details
Duration: 13 Weeks Positions Available: 1 Shift: Days (3x12-hour shifts, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes Floating: Required between units Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient assessments Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (Point Click Care) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Requirements
Active LPN License (State License Required) Minimum 2 years of LTC experience BLS/BCLS Certification (Required) Experience with Point Click Care (Preferred)
