Interpret a physician's instructions. Screen patients for safety. Explain CT procedures to patients. Prepare patients for procedures. Select software options and imaging parameters when adjusting a CT scanner. View images from an imaging session and keep records of the results. Review and complete patient exam and charges within the radiology information system. Other duties as assigned
Education: Completion of Radiologic Technology program. - Required Work Experience: 3 Years - Experience in CT - Preferred Licenses and Certifications: Registered Technologist (R.T.) - Required Upon Hire Computed Tomography (CT) - Required Upon Hire Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required Upon Hire Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel between system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required About Us: Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri.
