Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 2+ years in leadership role highly preferred. Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Science, Business or related field. Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies highly preferred. Experience in GMP, ISO or regulated manufacturing environment required. Experience leading and developing effective teams. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Expertise in production planning, scheduling and workflow optimization. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements. Experience with quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules as needed. Physical ability to perform manufacturing floor activities and cleanroom operations. Experience leading investigations, CAPAs and change controls. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build consensus. Experience implementing standard work and 5S practices.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $75,000.00–$112,500.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
