Job Responsibilities Depending on your role in the company, job responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
Working within a collaborative team. New business relationship development. Negotiating fee agreements with companies. Finding and recruiting candidates.
Selling candidates to companies/job opportunities:
Selling companies on candidates. Guiding candidates and companies through employment interviews. Negotiating compensation packages. Finalizing candidates' acceptances of employment offers, resulting in successful placements.

Qualifications Requirements:
