Central London | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with strong potential to become permanent) An established and growing super-prime residential contractor is seeking a Design Manager to join its expanding design team. This opportunity would suit an architecturally trained individual who has already gained contractor-side experience and is looking to become more involved in the delivery of some of the finest residential projects in London and the Home Counties. The business is recognised for delivering exceptional refurbishment, fit-out and structural alteration projects for private clients, working alongside some of the industry's leading architects, consultants and interior designers. Unlike many contractor-side design roles, this position offers genuine involvement from the earliest stages of a project. The company is frequently engaged during pre-construction and regularly undertakes significant Contractor Design Portion responsibilities, creating a role focused on design development, technical coordination and problem-solving rather than simply reviewing drawings or driving value engineering exercises.
