Serving as a technical leader and contributor for mobile code, the full-time Staff Mobile Engineer will manage feature development, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while working remotely across the U.S. and Canada during PST hours. Key responsibilities
Lead delivery of mobile app features and address production issues, ensuring cross-platform reliability Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to scope, plan, and rapidly ship features that enhance user engagement Champion AI-assisted development practices and mentor other engineers to foster a productive team environment
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience building mobile apps in Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose Proven track record of technical leadership and architectural decision-making in mobile development Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative team dynamics Strong understanding of modern mobile tooling, CI/CD, testing, and cloud services Genuine interest in AI technologies and their application in mobile development
