Act as a subject matter expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) to inform sales strategies Lead the full sales cycle for JSM opportunities, from prospecting to negotiations and closing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute territory and account strategies that drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience Proven success in selling ITSM, ESM, or complex enterprise solutions Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of ITSM/ESM industry trends and competitive landscape Experience leading consultative sales cycles involving C-level and VP-level executives
