*PLEASE NOTE: *This single job posting represents four (4) distinct, separate open positions within our digital and operations organizations. These are not multiple openings for the same job, but rather four completely different product tracks, each requiring specialized domain knowledge and focusing on entirely separate business initiatives. You will be evaluated and interviewed for the specific track that best aligns with your background.

We are actively hiring *Mid-Level Product Managers* for our teams in *Irving, TX (onsite - 5 days)*. By applying to this posting, you can indicate your preference for one of the following four separate tracks:
*The 4 Distinct Product Openings*
*Position 1: Mid Product Manager – Fuel*
* *Core Focus:* Reimagining the forecourt and refueling ecosystem. This role focuses on leading initiatives for our in-house Point of Sale (POS) and forecourt controller across major oil-branded partners.
* *Key Responsibilities:* Lead requirement gathering for system integrations spanning fuel operations, payments, loyalty networks, and mobile features. Develop new capabilities to convert fuel-only customers into in-store shoppers.
* *Preferred Domain Knowledge:* Retail fuel operations, payment processing, or forecourt controller systems.
*Position 2: Mid Product Manager – Fuel Asset Optimization*
* *Core Focus:* Enterprise asset management and network cost-efficiency. This role focuses on how we handle fuel asset management and operational profitability across 7-Eleven, Speedway, and major oil-branded networks.
* *Key Responsibilities:* Analyze fuel store operations to identify cost-minimization and revenue-maximization opportunities. Build data-backed business cases for asset management tools and prioritize product backlogs to match enterprise goals.
* *Preferred Domain Knowledge:* Asset management workflows, retail fuel, or operational analytics platforms.
*Position 3: Mid Product Manager – Store Execution Platform*
* *Core Focus:* Core retail operations and digital platform optimization. This role focuses on delivering modern, scalable, intelligent desktop and mobile experiences for store personnel, operations teams, and franchisees.
* *Key Responsibilities:* Lead the end-to-end execution of product features centered on automation, workflow optimization, and emerging AI/ML-enabled use cases. Partner with engineering teams on APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
* *Preferred Domain Knowledge:* Modern POS solutions, API architectures, or exposure to data-driven AI/ML automation features.
*Position 4: Mid Product Manager – Ops Innovation*
* *Core Focus:* Workflow automation and field communication tools. This role focuses on defining and delivering software solutions (such as Ops Workbench and task systems) that empower regional field leaders and Area Leaders.
* *Key Responsibilities:* Own the strategy for workflow management, scheduling tools, and task automation systems. Build robust integrations that consolidate legacy reporting and communications channels into a unified mobile and desktop experience.
* *Preferred Domain Knowledge:* Enterprise workflow systems, franchise operational environments, or collaboration/task-management platforms.
*Core Responsibilities Found Across All Roles*
* *Product Execution:* Manage day-to-day product delivery activities, translating complex business objectives into crisp user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
* *Backlog & Sprints:* Act as the dedicated Agile Product Owner, driving backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release schedules.
* *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Partner closely with Software Engineering, UX/Design, and business stakeholders to foster a collaborative, rapid deployment lifecycle.
* *Metrics & KPIs:* Define, monitor, and track core initiative KPIs (such as feature adoption, operational efficiency gains, and business ROI).
*Basic Qualifications*
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience); technical or business focus preferred.
* *Experience:* 3+ years of dedicated product management, business analysis, or product owner experience.
* *Agile Tooling:* Proven experience working in Agile team environments utilizing platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
* *Communication:* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to non-technical business partners.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Domain experience within retail tech, convenience store environments, field operations, or corporate platform management.
* Familiarity with modern architectural designs (Cloud environments, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures).
