Bridging client needs with technical solutions, the full-time Remote Sales Engineer will lead discovery conversations, assess client infrastructure, and design tailored managed services solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key responsibilities
Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements Assess and document clients' existing infrastructure and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities Design and deliver compelling solution proposals that align with client needs and long-term goals
Required qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field preferred 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment required 2-3 years of Sales Engineer experience or equivalent solutions-focused technical role Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems and networking concepts Extensive experience designing cloud solutions such as O365 and Azure
