Position Overview Working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, the Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data to inform decision‑making, support project goals, and drive successful outcomes across healthcare improvement initiatives.
This role plays a key part in helping teams and stakeholders understand data insights that improve health care delivery in communities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data from a variety of sources and conduct methodologically sound analyses to generate meaningful insights
Interpret and present data findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables meet business and client needs
Partner with analytics and project teams to ensure data governance and data integrity standards are followed
Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings
Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field
Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
Healthcare experience preferred

Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
Foundational knowledge of data management and analytics principles
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
Work Environment & Requirements
Fully remote, home‑based role requiring reliable internet and dedicated workspace
Frequent use of computers, phones, and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to sit for extended periods and communicate effectively
Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training
