As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll apply your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients’ meaningful missions.

You Have
15+ years of experience in IT, Software Engineering, Software Development, Pipeline Development related to automation, and full software lifecycle development
Experience in on‑premises solutions and cloud solutions
Experience using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and Cloud DevOps tools
Knowledge of Containerization and Orchestration implementation and security, including in Kubernetes, Docker, and VMware
Ability to design, integrate, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines
Ability to bridge communication gap between development, operations, and security teams
Ability to document and diagram systems in support of accreditation and leadership concurrence
Ability to champion DevOps principles to client groups
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have
Experience with cloud solutions or providers such as AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP
Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
Experience with creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script
Knowledge of common build tools such as Maven, Gradle, and NPM
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
