In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Achieves &/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales
Develops & builds professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography
Responsible for product promotion/sales volume & clinical reinforcement
Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPs
Leverages insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges
Handle inbound queries & requests from clinicians & office stakeholders
Offer service & support to office stakeholders
Requirements:
1+ years of business to business sales experience OR 1+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments
Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication
Proven track record of success in exceeding results
Strong communication & clinical selling skills
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $85,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
