Join the Digital Global Business Unit focused on delivering the best-in-class personalized digital experience to customers and patients powered by data-driven decisions. This role will focus specifically on the digital experience of consumers and/or patients who could benefit from Sanofi specialty therapies. As part of the DTC/P Advanced Analytics & AI team, you will work with the Product Line Owner, the Activation Product Owner, the Insights and Measurement Product owner, and other stakeholders to support activities such as audience activation, media and campaign measurement support, and data operations.

Main Responsibilities
Design, operationalization, and interpretation of measurement and insights capabilities of the DTC/P ecosystem; ensuring the measurement insights are activation ready to support all Use Cases required by the Business
Innovate DTC/P cross-media intelligence measurement and reporting capabilities ensuring the platform and assets are future-fit and able to support AI-mediated engagement throughout the customer journey lifecycle
Assess the impact of key digital direct consumer/patient experience products and the subsequent advancements required in measurement and insights to support ongoing initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive measurement and insight strategy for platform use cases
Activate Use Case audiences to publisher platforms and ensure successful activation
Support agile pod Use Case development teams by participating in segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds
Provide data quality control testing and insights for various data feeds ingested into the DTC/P platform
Support reporting and visualization: interpret measurement dashboards for key stakeholders to monitor real‑time performance indicators and digital media engagement trends
Assist the DTC/P Insights and Measurement Product Owner with data mining and data insights for ad‑hoc project requests
Help standardize and deliver digital products focused on consumer/patient experience analytics and AI
Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases
Additional Responsibilities
Work with the DTC/P team, business stakeholders, and the systems integrator to define required KPIs, reporting insights, and dashboard designs
Create processes and procedures for measurement and insights reporting, and recommend optimizations based on measured media, audience, and placement performance
The ideal candidate will possess
A strong background in Data, Analytics, Measurement and a passion for driving innovation through foundational data-driven solutions
Extensive experience in digital media audience activation and measurement reporting
Experience interacting with digital media publisher data, audience data, and onboarding data consumption layer-ready data
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any domain; Master’s a plus
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or digital media analytics or related roles
Familiarity with descriptive and predictive analytics
Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizations
Experience with data visualization libraries in Python or R
Experience ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets; building trusted data foundations that enable reliable decision making
High proficiency in SQL with experience creating data models for analysis and reporting
Ability to rapidly understand key business processes and their corresponding data assets and data flows
Proficiency in segmentation testing, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design for impact assessments
Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and data relationships
Functional knowledge of data consumption layers and consumption-ready datasets to inform measurement and intelligence
Core Soft Skills
Track record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a "get things done" mindset
Strong cross‑functional leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to work efficiently with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to evolve measurement and insight capabilities
Proven ability to build credibility and trust with business stakeholders
Skill translating technical complexity into business value and strategic impact
Delivering on commitments and managing stakeholder expectations proactively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience
Pharmaceutical experience and knowledge of healthcare data privacy & compliance regulations
Experience in data analytics from a media intelligence perspective
Hands‑on experience with LiveRamp (or equivalent) SafeHaven data collaboration and clean‑room audience building, media activation, and measurement environment
Experience with model-based audience creation, look‑alike modeling, test and control, segmentation
Experience with digital media performance insights and measurement
Experience in Agile development processes and DevOps methodology/principles
Foundational data experience: data dictionary, taxonomy, naming conventions
Salary The salary range for this position is: $122,250.00 – $176,583.33
