Job Title Sales Representative, Small Business Services CO Salary Range: USD 34,100.00 - 73,600.00 per year Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. What You’ll Do Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting relationships. Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network with highest ethical standards. Work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees, sell payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more, and close business in the field. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, able to cold call and manage time effectively; can present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone. Agile solution seeker: problem‑solving ability, adaptable in fast‑paced change. Continuous learner: always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to improve. College degree is great but not required; relevant experience or internship in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or military experience (teamwork, adaptability, organization) is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
