Arc Aspicio is a leading consulting and professional services firm that specializes in solving large, complex problems for clients. The Data Analyst (Federal Programs) role provides support to homeland security projects and tasks by transforming raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software. The role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience and an innovation mindset.
Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely, depending on client, contract, and company needs. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.
Responsibilities
Extract, manage, and analyze structured and unstructured data for homeland security related projects and tasks
Support senior staff in designing and development of logic models, performance measures, and data collection programs
Communicate research and analytical findings, verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences
Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining excellent attention to detail and finding ways to exceed client expectations
Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business
Contribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
Required Qualifications
4 years of relevant job experience and knowledge of research, quantitative analysis, and visualization software such as Tableau, assessment, and performance measures
Clearance: Due to Federal contract and/or regulatory requirements, this position is limited to U.S. citizens. This position does not offer employer sponsorship.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Currently holds or has the ability to obtain security clearance
Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
Critical Skills: Executive presence, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, collaborative mind-set, excellent problem-solving skills, and interest in working in a consulting firm. Interest in working on assignments outside of one project is strongly desired
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in visualizing data in a variety of tools and formats
Experience with immigration-related missions and data
Salary range: $75,000 - $94,000 . Total rewards include compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities.
