Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood‑based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by thousands of physicians and institutions across the U.S.
Opportunity Naveris is seeking a Salesforce QA Contractor to support testing, data integrity, and project delivery initiatives within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, maintaining high standards of data quality, and contributing to the successful and timely execution of cross‑functional projects.
The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, hands‑on Salesforce professional with experience in QA methodologies and test automation tools such as AccelQ. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to validate system functionality, identify and resolve defects, and help drive continuous improvements that enable the business to operate with confidence and accuracy.
This is a flexible contract position, well‑suited for someone experienced in Salesforce environments who thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced settings and takes pride in delivering thorough, high‑quality work.
Job Responsibilities Reporting to the Data Solutions Manager, you will support the Technology and Operations teams in the planning, execution, and validation of Salesforce enhancements, releases, and data quality initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system stability, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the successful delivery of cross‑functional projects.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Create, maintain, and execute test cases in AccelQ
Develop automated and manual test scenarios for Salesforce workflows and enhancements, specifically for Salesforce Flows
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured test plans
Identify defects, document findings, and track resolution through completion
Support regression testing during releases
Salesforce Data Integrity & Auditing
Conduct regular data audits within Salesforce
Support data cleanup initiatives and enforce best practices
Validate data accuracy during migrations or system updates
Recommend process improvements to prevent future data inconsistencies
Project Support
Assist in meeting project deadlines by ensuring thorough testing coverage
Assist stakeholders with testing activities and coordinate documentation of final sign‑off
Communicate testing status, risks, and blockers clearly
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, data, and technical teams
Requirements
2+ years of Salesforce experience (admin‑level familiarity preferred)
Experience with QA processes and structured test case creation
Hands‑on experience with AccelQ or similar test automation platforms
Strong understanding of data quality best practices
Experience reconciling duplicate records and performing data cleanup in Salesforce
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator certification
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau
Familiarity with code analysis tools like Clayton

Engagement Details
Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Approximately 30–40 hours per week
Location: Remote or hybrid, depending on candidate preference and location
