Who This Role Is For
An experienced sales leader with 5+ years in SaaS/software sales, including 2-4 years in sales leadership. A proven manager adept at developing high-performing Core or Commercial Sales teams. Someone with demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles (3-6 months). A strategic thinker with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational sales discipline. A collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What Youll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing North American Swagger sales team. Execute strategic sales initiatives for customer acquisition, expansion, and cross-sell. Build a culture of operational excellence, consultative selling, and forecast accuracy. Drive customer acquisition, up-selling, and cross-selling across the Swagger customer base. Develop and execute strategic territory and pipeline plans, targeting enterprise deals. Monitor and optimize sales funnel metrics, providing accurate weekly forecasting. Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to refine the Swagger value proposition. Coach sales representatives to strengthen consultative selling and pipeline management skills.
What Were Looking For
5+ years of SaaS or software sales experience. 2-4 years of sales leadership experience. Proven experience managing and developing high-performing Core or Commercial Sales teams. Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales cycles ranging from three to six months. Ability to build executive-level customer and partner relationships in a consultative sales environment. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational sales discipline. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
