Serve as a main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email Provide prompt follow-up communication to maintain strong customer engagement Assist customers with questions, service concerns, and product-related needs in a professional and solutions-oriented manner Build positive long-term relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and retention Maintain accurate customer information and help identify ways to improve service quality and efficiency
Sales & Business Development Support
Introduce and explain company products and services to prospective and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on those needs Support outbound outreach and lead generation initiatives Assist with achieving monthly sales and customer service goals Review sales activity and customer trends to help identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Highly organized with solid multitasking and time management skills Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination preferred Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
