The program will implement capabilities for Mattel to enable Quality Program to ensure compliance globally on standards.
Impact
Develop and implement program management strategies that align with the company's strategic goals and operational objectives.
Lead cross-functional project teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units to ensure IT projects meet business needs and expectations including running SAFe PI planning, and Scrum Teams.
Follow GTO SAFe Agile model for planning and execution.
Proactively identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plan by working closely with Project team.
Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and changes.
Champion change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
Drive continuous improvement in IT program management practices, incorporating best practices and lessons learned into future planning.
Manage program budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of successful IT program delivery in a large organization.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., SAFe, PMI, Agile, Scrum) and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
Experience in managing Financials / Project Budgets $3-10M +.
Must have Supply Chain/ Quality Programs functional business process and technology /system implementation experience.
ERP, order management implementations like SAP, Sterling, Blue Yonder are a plus.
Experience with Cloud technologies and enterprise data management is a plus.
Benefits *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
