Über

Business Systems Analyst Lead conversations with solution architects, Business analysts to implement processes and propose appropriate solution options; Develop the approved solutions, configure Interfaces, Automate the error handling processes; Support Business analysts in testing the developments and interfaces and provide solutions for the identified issues; Identify quality goals and processes.
Provide delivery support for Distribution Applications; Work with business users, provide system support, and coordinate with vendors on TAS applications; Upgrade TMS6 application to latest version and replace servers; Responsible for Solution Architecture and design for new server implementation; Ensure the data flow from the Terminals to the end source is in sync and enable any queue drop to reprocess data to correct source; Responsible for troubleshooting, defect reporting, and tracking issues until completion.
