Über
You have experience working in a customer-facing role
You are extremely organized and have high EQ and empathy for customers
You appreciate and value good documentation
You have excellent oral and written communication skills
You have experience working in HPC/GPU compute infrastructure
You’re comfortable deploying and configuring orchestration systems like SLURM and Kubernetes
You’re comfortable automating tasks using Python and shell scripts
You have experience with high-performance networking like InfiniBand and RoCE
You have experience with high IOPs filesystems like Weka and Vast
Bonus points if… You have experience with Linux virtualization
You’ve deployed GPU workloads, either for training or inference
Have worked with large-scale HPC deployments (>1000 GPUs)
Have deep experience with the NVIDIA ecosystem, including driver installation and troubleshooting
How your time may be spent… Serving as a technical touch point for customers
Creating and updating documentation on our platform
Creating internal processes for customer ticketing and architecting our support stack
Working with the Systems team to integrate customer feedback into the product
Handling customer issues, or triaging them to the right person inside the company
