Job Description Sales Intelligence Analyst within the People Team reporting to Director, Sales Compensation Plan Administration.
This role will have a hands‑on approach in reviewing sales individuals for comp plan issuance and ensure the individuals have the correct access across multiple selling platforms. This role will support several business organizations to help resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing and processing participant information for sales teams
Assist in researching and responding to ServiceNow submitted questions
Conduct meetings with Sales and Sales Operations employees on aspects of compensation & SFDC inquiries
Assist in the weekly preparation of our quota file for domestic and international sales organizations
Perform ad‑hoc system audits & reconciliations
Ability to work cross functionally and effectively interact with other departments
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is required to have a BA/BS in finance, economics, business, or related concentration or equivalent military experience
5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations organization or related experience
Advanced G‑Sheets/spreadsheet skills required (lookups, reports, and pivot tables)
Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other planning tools is a plus.
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be organized, detail oriented, thorough, and accurate - Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines with complete accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and comfortable with large data mining/analysis
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com‑missioned roles) is expected to be between $99,000/yr to $160,450/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
