Position Purpose: We are seeking a Systems / QA Analyst to join our Scottsdale‑based team to support quality, configuration, and release readiness across CMS/marketing websites, mobile applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and their integrations with legacy systems. The Systems / QA Analyst will contribute to testing, configuration, and validation of enhancements and maintenance work, while providing analysis and support to ensure solutions meet business intent and deliver reliable user experiences. You will work closely with the QA Lead, Web Team Lead, Enterprise Architect, Marketing, Product, and Development teams to ensure our systems support business goals, delivers seamless user experiences, and scales with our growing digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage AI‑assisted tools to analyze test results, identify patterns in defects, and improve regression and test coverage effectiveness
Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
Mobile applications
Marketing websites / CMS platforms
APIs and legacy system integrations
Validate user stories against acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business intent and expected outcomes
Identify edge cases, negative scenarios, data integrity issues, and cross‑system impacts
Log, triage, and verify defects through resolution
Maintain and evolve regression coverage aligned to production behavior
Support sprint testing, release validation, and UAT readiness
Participate in backlog refinement to help ensure:
User stories are clear, testable, and integration‑aware
Acceptance criteria reflect expected system and user behavior
Dependencies and risks are identified early
Support CMS configuration and maintenance activities, validating performance, security, and user experience impacts
Contribute to maintaining web and integration documentation related to APIs, plugins, and custom modules
Support integration of CMS with third‑party systems including CRM, eCommerce, analytics, and event platforms
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed, including coordinating test data setup and assisting with stakeholder demos
Prepare and distribute release notes summarizing user‑visible CRM, web, and mobile changes
Create or update training guides related to release items, focused on:
End‑user workflows
CRM process changes
Behavioral differences introduced by integrations
Partner with Product, QA Lead, and stakeholders to support smooth releases and adoption
Provide support for production issue triage, including defect validation and coordination with the appropriate teams
Leverage AI‑assisted tools to efficiently draft, refine, and maintain release notes, training materials, and UAT support content
Work closely with CRM, integration, and application developers on test approach and defect resolution
Partner with Product and Marketing to validate user impact and expectations
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Support continuous improvement of QA practices across platforms
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
4–6+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or hybrid role within an Agile, sprint‑based delivery environment
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams
Strong understanding of Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint workflows
Understanding of web technologies and integrations, including:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
REST APIs, data payloads, and system‑to‑system flows
API‑driven and legacy system integrations
Experience supporting and validating web, CMS, and mobile applications, including marketing websites built on platforms such as Strapi, WordPress, Drupal, or similar
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) in a testing, configuration, or analyst support capacity
Familiarity with Google Analytics and web tracking concepts, including event tracking and user behavior analysis
Familiarity with AI generation concepts, AI platforms, and large language models (LLMs), with hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted tools to support CMS workflows, troubleshooting, documentation, and process optimization.
