Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our dealership team in a hybrid Receptionist / Lot Porter / Sales Assistant role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will assist with front desk responsibilities, maintain vehicle lot presentation, and support vehicle sales efforts by creating a positive customer experience from arrival to delivery.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments for sales and service departments
Handle customer questions and provide basic dealership information
Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly displayed
Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report damages or maintenance needs
Assist with vehicle deliveries and transportation of vehicles between stores
Keep lot areas clean, orderly, and professional in appearance
Greet and assist customers browsing inventory
Conduct vehiclewalkarounds and basic product presentations
Assist sales staff with follow-ups and customer communication
Help facilitate test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Build relationships with customers to generate future business opportunities
Support the sales process from introduction to delivery
