Requirements A passion for creating reliable and scalable applications and a systematic problem‑solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive. 5+ years of hands‑on experience in backend web development with a Node/Typescript/AWS stack or Python/Lambda/SQS for data ingestion. Interest in developing AI models with customized insights based on market activity and user preferences. Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals. Proven track record of collaborating across teams, leading projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
