Overview As a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics at DraftKings, you will use data to uncover what drives customer engagement and loyalty across the DraftKings business. You’ll analyze player behavior, evaluate promotional strategies, and identify opportunities to strengthen loyalty in an industry that evolves quickly. By working across Operations, Product, and Marketing, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance the player experience and influence key business decisions. Responsibilities Drive the strategic interpretation of complex customer, promotional, and product datasets to uncover insights that drive data‑driven decision making. Shape strategy by analyzing customer behavior, engagement patterns, and lifecycle trends and translating findings into clear recommendations for business partners and senior stakeholders. Design, execute, and measure experiments that evaluate promotional effectiveness and customer engagement initiatives. Partner cross‑functionally to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and quantify business impact. Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into performance, customer health, promotional outcomes, and key lifecycle metrics. Serve as a trusted thought partner to cross‑functional stakeholders, helping teams make faster, more informed decisions through data‑driven insights. Identify emerging customer trends and evolving market dynamics, proactively recommending opportunities to optimize the player experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of analytics or data science experience. Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, R, SAS, or Matlab, with the ability to independently structure complex analyses and optimize data workflows. Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, experimentation, and performance measurement. Experience analyzing customer behavior and translating large, complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Proven ability to synthesize findings into clear, executive‑ready recommendations that influence decision‑making across technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across multiple functions to solve complex business challenges. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and advanced problem‑solving skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and uncovering high‑impact insights from ambiguous datasets.
