Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior IAM Security Analyst to join their team. As a Senior IAM Security Analyst, you will be part of the IAM Strategic Enablement & Adoption team supporting business operations and cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior IAM Security Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?
Partner with business teams to drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by translating identity, access, and authentication capabilities into practical, business-friendly solutions
Support application onboarding, migrations, and user transitions to ensure a seamless, low-friction experience before and after deployment
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IAM issues, leading triage, prioritization, and coordination across teams
Gather, synthesize, and translate user feedback and access pain points into actionable insights for IAM product and engineering teams
Influence IAM product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact and user feedback
What's Needed?
7+ years of information security analysis experience, with a focus on identity and access management
Hands‑on experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives in cloud and hybrid environments
Strong understanding of IAM security principles, including least privilege and zero‑trust models
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex, cross‑system IAM issues under pressure
