Developer Experience & Platform Enablement

Ensure platform practices align with HIPAA, HITRUST, and internal security requirements
Maintain operational auditability and change traceability
Observability & Reliability

Establish instrumentation standards across applications and infrastructure
Improve incident detection, troubleshooting, and production reliability
Ensure systems are measurable and aligned to uptime and performance goals
Cloud Cost Visibility & Optimization
Implement cloud cost governance and monitoring practices
Provide visibility into infrastructure utilization and service‑level cost drivers
Partner with Engineering and Finance to improve cost efficiency and operational transparency
Lead and develop a team of Product Delivery Platform Engineers responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, platform automation, and developer enablement
Establish clear expectations around platform reliability, developer experience, operational excellence, and accountability
