Salary Range: $111,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

Position Overview As our new Global Senior Sales Manager, you will provide strategic leadership throughout the organization, and shape the future direction of the organizations sales strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact by assessing current sales operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and building a roadmap to achieve ambitious near- and long-term revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For We are looking for a thoughtful, data-driven leader who can quickly understand the business, challenge the status quo, and translate insights into measurable results. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and operational rigor, with the ability to lead through influence, build trust across stakeholders, and elevate team performance globally.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Assessment
Evaluate and optimize sales team structure, identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness, scalability, and accountability
Assess key account relationships, including contribution, growth opportunities, and risk factors
Review and refine go-to-market strategies and policies to ensure alignment with business objectives and market conditions
Lead a structured discovery process with the sales team to define and deliver 2027 revenue goals within the first months of tenure
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to global sales managers, representatives, and agencies to drive performance and accountability
Establish clear objectives and performance metrics; monitor results and implement improvements where needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners to drive growth and retention
Conduct field visits to assess execution, support development, and strengthen customer connections
Team Development & Enablement
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and overall effectiveness
Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
Lead annual sales planning, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and expense management
Contribute to pricing strategy and ensure consistency and competitiveness in market positioning
Implement and maintain sales management infrastructure, policies, and performance standards
Monitor competitive landscape, pricing, and product trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry engagements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
5–7+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, account management, or regional sales roles
Proven success leading teams and driving revenue growth across multiple markets or regions
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to assess complex environments, develop actionable strategies, and execute with discipline
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Experience managing direct and independent sales teams or agencies
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
