Provide Tier 2 operational support for systems and services. Manage and support containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services. Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery. Troubleshoot networking issues and ensure reliable system connectivity. Implement and support security best practices across infrastructure and applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve incidents, improve system performance, and enhance operational processes. Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure operational excellence. Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA public trust clearance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum 8 years of prior related experience. 2+ years hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Working knowledge of AWS cloud services. 2+ years experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and processes. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and infrastructure security best practices. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an operations environment. Experience supporting production cloud environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools. Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or security certifications.
