Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a consistent, up‑to‑date online ITAC reporting tool and format.
Gather feedback from Centers and selected SMMs to develop a user‑friendly uploading page for report data, incorporating new assessment sections such as industrial decarbonization, commercial building assessments, cybersecurity, and resiliency planning.
Maintain and upgrade ITAC websites and related databases.
Provide continuous operational oversight, maintenance, and updates to the ITAC university website and database.
Review individual Center websites to ensure program priorities are followed, content is current, and information is actionable; align with the upcoming ITAC clearinghouse outreach activities.
Perform database quality assurance: ensure consistency across recommendations, pass reasonableness tests, and verify completeness, including DOE‑requested flags for replication and spinoff projects.
Maintain data services to supply quantitative reporting for DOE in a timely and usable format.
Integrate Center of Excellence specialized assessment reports into the ITAC databases.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Familiarity with the ITAC program or DOE‑funded programs and grants.
Required skills: Modern SQL database and web development tools (e.g., ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS).

Salary Salary range: $71,111 – $108,800 per year, commensurate with experience and market benchmarks.
