Job Description We are seeking a level 5 Manager to lead a Ground Software & SW Infrastructure Agile Product team supporting multiple OPIR (Overhead Persistent Infrared) programs. The position requires an active secret clearance and is located in either Boulder, CO or Longmont, CO. It is contingent upon the program award expected in June, 2026. In This Position You Will
Be a part of the Missile Warning and NGG Ground OPIR programs, providing next generation ground systems with open architecture/open framework to meet evolving operational demands. Lead a SAFE Agile Product team of 15‑20 individual contributors, focusing on the design, development, and testing of a combined hardware/software solution for operational delivery. Assist the existing leadership team with vetting, hiring, staffing and building strong teams.
