(Note: Looking for only direct marketing profile) Job Description : As a Salesforce Cloud Architect and developer, you’ll be responsible for providing technical oversight for all new and existing SaaS (Salesforce) implementations for the Michigan Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate in solution design sessions for client projects, providing guidance on extensions/modifications, data conversion, environment provisioning, and application integration to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and maintainable solutions for the State of Michigan (SOM). Work with the customer and end users to define technical requirements for new projects and future enhancements. Lead technical workshops and design sessions with the customer. Propose and articulate design/architecture options with pros and cons and implementation strategies. Ensure technical requirements align with customer requirements and performance goals, and that technical direction aligns with the client's long-term strategy. Understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments of the applications used by the enterprise. Review technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability. Maintain overall technical responsibility for project environments. Develop and ensure adherence to internal development guidelines and standards. Oversee QA efforts to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure solutions adhere to SOM security guidelines throughout the application lifecycle. Demonstrate a proven record of delivering business value through technology and effectively communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level. Provide technical leadership, including coaching, mentoring, setting best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
