Job Title: Software Engineering Manager Report To: CEO Experience: 8+ Years Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Location: Bangalore, India / Dallas, Texas Shift Time: US Central Time Zone Mode: Work From Home (Monday to Friday) Terms: Full-time Job Summary In this role, you will lead a team of engineers to ensure timely software project delivery for enhanced healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative healthcare software products. Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and testing. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration within the engineering team. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development methodologies and quality assurance. Manage technical risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans. Stay abreast on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare software development.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing engineering teams. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
