Responsibilities Basic network troubleshooting skills Participate in troubleshooting Tier 1 network/VPN issues in the helpdesk Slack channel. Basic network administration skills Basic device configuration Stage and deploy new sites with network infrastructure adhering to standards. The candidate should be able and willing to travel to sites, run patch cables, create patch cables, and dress racks. General IT support Assist with IT inventory tasks (they use NetBox) Qualifications End-to-end basic troubleshooting steps for connectivity issues (wireless and wired) and basic IT stack problems. Familiarity with basic commands to troubleshoot on switches for wired users. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
