Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable components using TypeScript across the stack.
Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a focus on usability and performance.
Backend & Database Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance in distributed systems.
Build robust backend services with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Architecture & System Design Lead system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies and best practices.
Code Quality & Best Practices Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Contribute to agile processes, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in: React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
TypeScript (advanced typing, generics, interfaces)
Node.js (Express or similar frameworks)
MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing)
Experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, event-driven systems).
Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Mentorship and team leadership experience.
